Requirements:

Embeded player:
Win: Silverlight 3
Mac: Silverlight 3
Linux: Moonlight 2

External Player:
Win: Windows Media Player 11 (or higher)

Buffering or audio-only stream?

• Use wired connection when possible
• Close any open downloads
• Try the low bandwidth stream
• Try external player High | Low
• Install Silverlight
• Try specific regions:
  • US East High | Low
  • US West High | Low
  • Europe High | Low
    
    

Player not loading?

• Install Silverlight
• Try external player High | Low
• Try HTTP stream High | Low
  
• Uninstall/reinstall silverlight
  (moonlight on linux)
• If external link fails, reinstall WMP 11
• Update web browser
  
  

External player plays splash but then stops?

• Use HTTP stream High | Low
